I am delighted to welcome you to our website. 

Internationella Engelska Skolan Johanneberg opened in 2013 and, now, 9 years later, we have the pleasure to teach more than 570 students in Years 7-9.

At IES Johanneberg we offer our students an education in an international environment following the Swedish curriculum. We believe in bilingualism and that students need to command the English language in order to be as well prepared as possible for the future. We have high academic expectations on our students and can offer our students world class teaching. In order to create an environment in which students can learn and teachers can teach, we believe in a safe and orderly working environment for all stakeholders of the school. The secret to our success is constantly working towards improving our service to our students by making sure we stay true to the Ethos of IES.
